Staff is very friendly, Doctor Doan was super knowledgeable and great at answering all my questions during my visit, and the office was quick and communicative with ordering and receiving my lenses. My new glasses were presented to me on a cute tray with some plants, essential oils and mints.

Very happy with our experience at this place. Staff was helpful, pleasant to work with, and did exactly what they said they would do. My mom was very pleased with the exam and she said it was very thorough. At 85 years old compliments don’t always come easily but she was very happy. Her new glasses were perfect with the bifocal line positioned perfectly. The transition lens turn quickly regardless if you go outside or inside. Overall, very good experience and much better than other places we visited. And they took her Davis vision insurance so that was a plus too.

They provided an in-depth assessment of my vision and explained the importance of managing myopia effectively. I opted for daily wear contact lenses, and the difference has been remarkable! Iconic icare deserves 1000 stars! From their comprehensive eye exam to the wide arrange of frames to choose from! The team is very professional and provides excellent customer service! We have been going for 3 years now and have been satisfied with every visit! They even serve your glasses on a tray with chocolates! Doesn’t get better than that! Very thorough eye exam. With my insurance very reasonable priced. Two week turn around for glasses to be in. Great choice of frames. 2nd year using this company and it was great. I decided to go with contacts and they were so patient and wonderful about it. Very thorough with the eye exam, showing me all the results and explaining them thoroughly. Love that I have such a good eye doctor just minutes from my home.

Dr. Doan was kind & took great care of me! Her team was very kind and weren’t pushy or trying to upsell at all! I had a couple questions regarding new contact lenses and all the employees were all knowledgeable! I highly recommend :)​​​​​​​
